Solid Tunisian olive wood, hand-smoothed and finished with a food-safe oil. Grain and shape vary naturally from piece to piece.
Wash by hand with warm water, dry at once and stand it on edge — never in the dishwasher. Oil occasionally with a food-safe care oil (e.g. mineral or walnut oil, not olive oil) to keep the wood alive.
